Coach Errol Rogers is a well-known coach in the Acadiana area and other areas. Coach Rogers has been coaching basketball since 1991 where he began his career at Holy Rosary High School until 1993. Since then he has coached at Opelousas Catholic (1993-1998), Lafayette High School (1999), Bethune-Cookman University (1999-2003), Mississippi State University (2003-2007), University of Louisiana at Lafayette (2007-2012), Vanderbilt Catholic High School (2012-2013), and Lafayette Christian Academy (2013-Present). Coach Rogers has coached All-American athletes and numerous athletes that have gone on to play at the collegiate and professional level. He has also won numerous State Championships with both our Boys and Girls Basketball Teams at LCA.
